Dinner Menu's

We have function dinner menu's at £28, £35 and £45 per person.  We can also offer 2 course options.  Our current menu's are below.  However if you would like something a little more different please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements as we are happy to tailor our menu's to suit your event.

Menu 1

Roast tomato soup, basil pesto, garlic croutons

Roast breast of free range chicken, fondant potato, smoked bacon & lentils

Dark chocolate & orange torte, orange curd

 Menu 2

Salad of cured ham, poached pear & stilton, walnut dressing

Baked fillet of salmon, herb crushed potatoes, lemon & dill cream

Iced Vanilla parfait, berry compote, short bread crumble

Menu 3

Tian of smoked trout, citrus & fennel salad

Slow cooked pork belly, sweet apple puree, mustard mash, cider jus

Sticky toffee pudding, caramel sauce

Menu 1

Seared oak smoked salmon, sweet & sour red onion, yoghurt & chive dressing

Slow cooked duck leg, thyme potato gratin, wild mushrooms & board beans

Dark chocolate tart, orange cream

Menu 2

Pressed terrine of confit chicken, lentil & chicory salad, mustard vinaigrette

Seared fillet of black bream, sauté new potatoes, sun blush tomatoes , salsa verdi

Lemon & lime parfait, raspberry compote , oatmeal tuile

Salad of anti-pasta

Roast medallions of beef, butternut squash puree, potato fondant, grain mustard jus

Pear tarte tatin with clotted cream

Baked goats cheese with roast peppers & sunblush tomatoes , basil & balsamic

Roast fillet of beef, thyme potato gratin , wilted greens & pepper corn jus

Salad of dark chocolate, red wine poached pears, hazelnut praline

Pressed terrine of confit duck & foie gras, apple puree black pudding bonbon

Seared fillet of seabass, clam & mussel broth

Roast rump of lamb, rosemary mash, tomato & barley jus
